At All About ME, we know the devil is in the detail and we like to make things as easy as possible for you when planning your event. As well as our awesome Tipi’s and marquees, we can offer you lots of choice to help style your tipi event with extras and details. We have a warehouse full of lovely items for you to choose from to make your bespoke tipi unique to your event and just as you want it. Here’s our quick Guide to Customising your Tipi!
The Grand Entrance!
The Tipis create a real wow factor in any location and we have some fantastic additions to make the entrance to your tipi even more spectacular. You can add a festoon lighting walkway with matting paths to line the way with shepherd crooks and lanterns too. You can add details like bunting, flowers, ribbons and line the way with fairy light walkways as well.
We also have gorgeous Wooden Barn Doors, wooden doors and all weather windows too, to create an even cosier feel to the tipis.
Are You Sitting Comfortably?
Whether you are after an informal layout or something a little more traditional, choose the perfect look from our selection of table and chairs. We have natural wood Cheltenham style banqueting chairs and chivalry lime -washed banqueting chairs for a sophisticated look as well as our folding beech chairs and our simple stylish solid wooden chairs for an authentic rustic look. All the chairs compliment either our 2m wooden tables or round tables perfectly. Of course we also have cute wooden baby high chairs so the whole bridal party can be seated to match the natural look of the Tipi.
If you want to go for an authentic relaxed tipi seating option then our solid wooden long tables and benches are truly beautiful and are a perfect choice. Each seats 6-8 guests and can be placed individually or in long rows or even put 2 together to make a larger square.
Chill Out
You can create chill out zones in and around the tipi with some perfect seating for your reception drinks area or a place to let your dancing feet rest. With a mixture of wooden benches, low level tables, lanterns, rattan sofas, chill out pagodas, fire pits, reindeer skins, bean bag and bean cubes……chill out, sorted!
The nimbus tipis make a great shaded seating area for your event and can include lighting so they can be used throughout the event.
Tipi Glamping
Adding a tipi village is a great way to create an extended celebration as your guests can stay on site. Our mini tipis are extremely versatile and available to hire for all kinds of events, like VIP areas at a festival/event, mini tipi tent village at your wedding, corporate activities even children’s parties.
You can go for different packages from hiring just the mini tipi to furnish yourself or go for one of our glamping packages to include double inflatable mattresses, bed linen, bath towels, low level tables and lanterns to complete this little bit of camping luxury.
Hitting the Dance Floor
You need a dance floor right? Every good event in a Tipi needs a dance floor and our wooden ones provide the perfect area for you and your guests to party the night away. We have our 12×12 floor for up to 48 dancing, 15×15 for 72 guests dancing and the 18×18 for an epic 150 people throwing some shapes! Larger dance floor options can be arranged to your bespoke requirements. We also have all the staging you need too for your house band and extension canvas which are a great way to extend the tents for bar areas or band/DJ spaces.
You can light up the dance floor with extra sparkle with festoon lighting and fairy lights, they are the must haves.. we very rarely see a tipi without these twinkly lights. Whether it’s around the dance areas, down all the poles or at the entrance these lights provide the most magical atmosphere to any party. Add a Mirror Ball with it’s own spinner and changing colour spot lights too!
The Bar
To keep the refreshments flowing we have a perfectly rustic selection of bars for your event, all custom built for All About Me and a great addition to any party.
You can also go for our pagoda marquee which provides the perfect space for your bar area and reception drinks, dressed with fairy lights this extra space is a hidden gem attached to your tipi.
Choose from our different bar structures which can play host to a mixture of drinks and refreshment and drinks pumps can easily be attached. We love the log fronted rustic bar units, the barrel bar and our very popular gin cart.
We really love these barrels and they are very popular, we have gorgeous lime washed large oak barrels which can be used as a unique cake table or poser table too.
